Job summary

Lakewood Retirement Community-LifeSpire is seeking a Part-time Nutritional Assistant/Dietary Aide to support dining services within our resident-centered community. You will assist with meal prep, deliver meals to resident homes, plate meals, and engage with residents to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Must follow food safety guidelines (HACCP) and wear proper uniforms; prior food service experience is welcome but

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.
• Delivering meals to resident homes within the community.
• Plating and presenting food according to service guidelines.
• Greeting residents, reviewing menu items, and taking meal orders.
• Serving food and clearing tables efficiently.
• Following HACCP guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintaining personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards.
• Demonstrating dependability in attendance and job task completion.
