Job summary

Lake Quivira Country Club seeks friendly, energetic servers to join its Food & Beverage team. This seasonal, on-site role offers opportunities to create memorable dining experiences for members and guests in a premier Kansas City-area private club.

Responsibilities

• Greeting each guest promptly and warmly within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Providing attentive, friendly, and enthusiastic service throughout the dining experience.
• Building relationships with members by learning names, preferences, and favorite drinks.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system promptly.
• Handling payments and making change accurately.
• Demonstrating menu knowledge and confidently recommending or upselling menu items.
• Anticipating guest needs and offering assistance before being asked.
• Monitoring tables and beverages using attentive service standards.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of service areas.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
