Job summary

Invited Clubs in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, reflecting Invited’s standards through warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.

As a non-lead role, you will support dining operations, greet guests by name, handle requests, maintain cleanliness, and participate in training and safety practices, with growth opportunities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of service following Invited F&B training.
• Provide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders promptly.
• Ensure full knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features and specials.
• Greet members by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Assist colleagues to ensure a seamless member/guest experience with teamwork.
• Handle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques.
• Complete daily assignments and side work, keeping areas clean and stocked.
• Follow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.
