Mosaic Management is seeking a Server, Dietary Aid to assist residents with meals, maintain safety, and ensure timely service in our dining areas in Oregon.

You will collaborate with the Dining Services team to accommodate dietary needs, maintain cleanliness, and provide friendly, respectful service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to prepare, serve, and handle food safely and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for positive resident and staff interactions.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to complete Mosaic and state-mandated training.
• Experience in dining, food service, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Food Service & Resident Experience: assist with meals and resident dining.Serve meals promptly with correct portions and presentation standards.Provide respectful, courteous, and personalized service to residents, guests, and staff.Ensure special diets, allergies, and texture modifications are followed for each resident.Monitor resident satisfaction during mealtimes and report concerns to the Dining Services Manager.Record meals daily to support cost tracking and billing.Assist residents with meal selections according to preferences.Cleaning & Sanitation: keep dining room, kitchen, and service areas clean according to standards.
