Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurants in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Server to engage with Guests, take orders, and deliver rock‑star hospitality in a fast‑paced dining room. You’ll present menus, recommend dishes, enter orders in POS, and ensure guests leave delighted.

In the Server role, you will be interacting, taking orders, and serving meals to guests in the dining area. Qualifications:

• Hospitable
• Has server experience in full service restaurants preferred (1-3 years, but willing to train the right candidate)
• Has flexible schedule to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be able to stand for 5 to 7 hours
• Ability to lift and move 20 to 30 pounds
• Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
• Eager to learn and grow
