Job summary

Dave & Buster’s, a leading entertainment and dining brand, is seeking a Server to deliver great food, drinks, and FUN to Guests. You’ll know the menu, suggest items, and ensure timely service while providing warm, proactive guest interactions.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, recommending menu items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while upholding alcohol laws. No formal experience required, but 18+ and alcohol certification may apply; shifts include days,

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; alcohol certification as required.
• Adhere to company uniform standards.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work

Job Description: At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, our Servers serve up great food, drinks, and FUN for all Guests! As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

What Will You Be Doing Daily?

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN!

Position Requirements

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)
