Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Server in California. You will welcome guests, recommend menu items, and ensure order accuracy while showcasing beer, wine, and cocktails. Deliveries are timely and you’ll process payments and invite guests back to the FUN.

Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are required. 18+ with alcohol certification, and availability on weekends and holidays are expected.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests as the ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy with salesmanship.
• Showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge to guests.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the FUN experience.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe server station and perform side work.

As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions.
