Job description

The Server will interact with customers, take orders, prepare drinks, assess customer needs and preferences, make recommendations, know the ingredients of our cocktails, have knowledge of the food menu, check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age, restock and replenish inventory and supplies, create excellent guest experience and must comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly and sincere guest service.
2. Always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
3. Maintain a safe environment for both our guests and co-workers.
4. Maintain consistency and have proper knowledge of all food and drink recipes.
5. Ensure hot food is hot and cold food is cold.
6. Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.
7. Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
8. Pre bus tables, maintain table cleanliness, bus tables.
9. Look for ways to avoid waste and limit costs.
10. Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
11. Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
12. Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.
13. Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
14. Report to property on time and in proper uniform.
