Responsibilities

• Follow all steps of service and hospitality standards established by management
• Properly verify guest identification before serving alcoholic beverages
• Complete all required training programs and ongoing education assigned by management
• Maintain strong knowledge of all food, beverage, and menu offerings
• Understand menu ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Complete all assigned side work before, during, and after each shift
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere
• Uphold company performance and service standards through positive professionalism
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
