Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna is seeking a friendly, dependable Server to join our hospitality-minded dining team. You will provide attentive, personalized service to residents and guests, greet and take orders, serve meals, and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring customer-service experience, strong communication, dependability, and a genuine interest in working with aging adults.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or food-service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take and communicate meal and beverage orders accurately.
• Assist residents with menu selections and dining requests.
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Learn resident preferences and help create a personalized dining experience.
• Set up dining areas before service and clean and reset tables afterward.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.
• Assist with stocking dining areas and maintaining appropriate supply levels.
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep meal service running smoothly.
• Communicate resident preferences, concerns, or special requests to the appropriate team member.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with special meals, celebrations, events, and additional dining needs as assigned.
• Jump in and help the team wherever needed.

Schedule: Full-Time Days: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Full-Time Evenings: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for friendly, dependable, and service-focused Servers to join our dining team at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna.

What You’ll Do
