Job summary

Hillcrest Silver Ridge in Gretna, NE is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will support dining room service and help ensure meals are served professionally, promptly, and with warmth for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and respect.
• Take meal orders and communicate orders clearly to the cook or chef.
• Serve meals in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist the cook or chef with meal preparation support as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and pleasant dining room environment.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently.
• Wash dishes, silverware, glasses, and other dining items as needed.
• Vacuum dining areas, including spot cleaning as needed.
• Wash, dry, fold, and store linens.
• Sanitize and refill condiment containers.
• Wrap silverware and assist with dining room setup.
• Prepare the daily menu board for the following day.
• Support culinary, health services, housekeeping, residents, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
