Job summary

Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is hiring servers to deliver great food, drinks, and FUN to guests. You know the menu, suggest items, and uphold safety standards.

As a Server, you will welcome guests, promote menu items, showcase beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge, and serve orders promptly while maintaining a clean, stocked area and complying with alcohol laws. Join a team that values urgency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Always follow company uniform standards.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests; be ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate guest needs.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area.

As a Server, you are relentless in providing our Guests with exceptional and timely service. You know the menu inside and out and can make great suggestions.
