Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Gilbert, part of Riot Hospitality Group, is seeking servers to join our team. You will assist guests with food and beverage orders, maintain station cleanliness, and deliver exceptional hospitality.

Ideal candidates communicate well, work with urgency, handle busy shifts, and collaborate with teammates. Certifications in food and alcohol are required. This on-site role offers a fun environment and opportunities to grow with a premier hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage orders.
• Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests' orders, and upsell when applicable.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guests' needs.
