Riot Hospitality Group is seeking a Model Server for Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Scottsdale. The role emphasizes building repeat clientele, handling VIP reservations, and delivering exceptional hospitality in a premier Scottsdale venue.

Ideal candidates will maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, excel in fast-paced service, and be comfortable in swimwear while providing outstanding guest experiences. Opportunities to advance within RHG's family of venues are available.

Responsibilities

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships.
• Book VIP reservations.
• Execute VIP presentations.
• Provide ongoing table maintenance.
• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guests' needs.
• Be comfortable working in a swimsuit.
