Job summary

Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Nashville is looking for energetic bartenders to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced bar and dining setting. You’ll craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, take orders, and help run a smooth service from behind the bar.

As part of Riot Hospitality Group, we value excellent communication, a guest-first mindset, the ability to work under pressure, and required food and alcohol certifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and guest focus.
• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Certifications for serving food and alcohol as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Prepare craft cocktails, pour beer and wine.
• Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders.
• Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized.
• Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve.
• Occasionally works special events.

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
• Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine
• Take orders/prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members
• Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized
• Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
• Occasionally works special events

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• A guest-oriented mindset
• Prior bartending experience
• Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
• Necessary food and/or alcohol certifications
