Job summary

Turning Point Restaurants is an award-winning daytime breakfast, brunch, and lunch spot seeking outstanding, enthusiastic teammates to join our growing company. We offer a supportive work culture with tips and a flexible schedule.

We operate over 30 corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL, with more on the way. Daytime shifts, opportunities to transfer between locations, and a path for internal growth are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
• Manage designated side work for each shift.
• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines.
