Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide friendly customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling payments and cash transactions.
• Good stamina to stand and work for long shifts.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Take orders for food and beverages from customers.
• Deliver beverages promptly to tables or counters.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of your section.
• Run food to bar and dining teammates as needed.
• Process customer payments and provide accurate change.
• Manage side work for each shift and duties.
• As a Barista, prepare specialty beverages per guidelines.

The Turning Point is an award-winning DAYTIME ONLY breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant! We have over 30 corporate locations throughout NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL with many more on the way. We also have franchised locations that have additional opportunities for training and support roles.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Take orders from customers for food and beverages.


• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion


• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section


• Running food as needed to both bar and your teammates tables


• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner


• Manage designated side work for each shift


• Barista – make specialty beverages according to guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required


• Able to stand for extended periods of time


• Ability to carry or lift to 20 pounds

PA Hourly Rate + Tips
