Job summary

The Colony Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a full-time Server to join our dining team supporting the Top of the Bay, Main Dining Room, and banquet operations. You will provide attentive service in a private, upscale club setting, helping create memorable experiences for members and guests.

Ideal candidates have fine dining experience, excellent communication, and a teamwork mindset. The role includes POS handling, occasional bartending cross-training, and opportunities for growth

The Colony Bay Club, located in Bonita Springs, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for aFull-Time Server ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

This is a full-time, year-round position supporting service in the Club's Top of the Bay , Main Dining Room , and banquet operations . Both dining venues offer breathtaking Bay views and provide members and guests with a blend of formal and casual dining in a private, upscale club setting. The Club offers competitive pay, including summer minimum pay rates, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Essential Duties:

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offers suggestions of menu items when appropriate.
• Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers promptly after preparation.
• Follows-up with guest to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains organized workstation and side work duties
• Accountable for credit card and membership transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Follows established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Follows established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques.
• Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
• Position requires to be cross trained in bartending service
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Valid driver license required
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Must be dependable

• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS system
• At least three years of fine dining experience

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
