The Colony Bay Club in Bonita Springs, FL, part of Troon, is seeking a driven Part-Time Food Runner. You will learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering beverages and meals, and supporting a high standard of guest service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, enjoy teamwork, and can handle lifting up to 50 lbs. Eligible benefits and service opportunities accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Check backs to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and other items as applicable.
• Keep tables and dining areas sanitized and organized.
• Polish silverware and glassware as needed.
• Perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Essential Duties:

• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized
• Polishes Silverware and Glassware as needed
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates/Licenses:

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
