Job summary

Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, NY is hiring a part-time Server to join our team. Represent the restaurant with exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, serve beverages, and ensure accuracy in check presentation to deliver memorable experiences.

This is a tipped position; the listed hourly pay excludes tips. We offer weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• One year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Must have full weekend availability (Fri-Sun).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, attend to needs, provide menus, communicate specials, take orders.
• Serve beverages responsibly and follow alcohol service policies.
• Enter orders in POS, process payments, and deliver checks to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar staff, and other servers.
• Perform opening/closing duties and keep spaces clean and organized.

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring part-time Servers to join our team at Hundredfold American Brasserie in Elmont, New York. As a Server, you will have the privilege of representing our restaurant and creating lasting impressions through your exceptional service, making each guest feel valued and satisfied. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$11.35 – $11.35 / hour

What will you do?

• Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and clearly communicate restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver the check to guests
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen and bar staff
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

More about you

• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Beneficial if you have one year’s experience as a server in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must have full availability weekends (Friday-Sunday)

Physical requirements

• Must be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as walk, which may include walking up stairs, stand, and bend for long periods of time
• Visual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
