Job summary

Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants in Edmond, OK is seeking a server to provide guests with excellent, friendly service and maintain professional conduct. The server will be expected to know the menu, use the Aloha system, and work as part of a team to ensure consistent, high-quality dining experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, taking orders, delivering food, and adhering to health and safety guidelines while maintaining punctuality and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience- 6 months minimum
• Must posses interpersonal relations skills
• Professional in attitude, demeanor, and dress
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Summary:

The server plays an essential part in Ted’s Café Escondido Restaurants’ operations. The server is such a vital role because most of the guests’ interaction is with this position. To create an atmosphere of comfort for our guests the server must constantly be aware of their professionalism and attitude. A server at Ted’s must combine the highest level of service with a relaxed and friendly style. Teamwork is an essential part of Ted’s to maintain consistently superior service and ensure a return visit.

Work Conditions:

1. Subject to potentially upset guests and staff
2. Involved with guests and staff under all conditions and circumstances
3. Varied working hours may include weekends, holidays, late evenings, and early mornings as needed
4. Must be able to stand and/or walk 8+ hours daily
5. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently
6. Frequent bending, reaching, grasping, and climbing
7. Occasional squatting, kneeling, crawling, and fine manipulation

Minimum Qualifications:
