Job summary

Grand Living in Coral Gables, FL seeks a friendly Server to create exceptional dining experiences across our dining room, Bistro, and memory care settings.

You will deliver attentive service, welcome residents and guests, and support events while upholding First Class Happiness in a luxury senior living environment. The part-time schedule includes weekends and weekdays, with shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Positive attitude and desire to make a difference.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate with residents and team.

What You'll Do

As a Server, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences throughout our community. Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations® (memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch® to every interaction.

What You Bring

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service.

Preferred Qualifications Include

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
• This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.
