Position: Server | Location: Pearlz Oyster Bar – Vista, Columbia

If you’ve got a killer smile, know your way around a cocktail tray, and treat every table like a VIP lounge, we want you on the floor!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet and serve guests with style, speed, and a whole lot of Southern charm
• Know the menu like a boss—seafood, cocktails, and beyond
• Anticipate needs, handle requests, and read the room like a pro
• Team up with Bartenders, Bussers, and Hosts to create seamless service
• Keep your section spotless, organized, and always guest-ready

You Are:

• 18 or older with a can-do, team-first attitude
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• A natural people-person with top-notch communication skills
• Experience in restaurant service is a plus—but passion and personality go even further
• Able to get alcohol safety certified within your first 7 days
