Punch Bowl Social in Chicago is hiring servers who thrive in a fast-paced, social environment. If you love craft cocktails, great food, and delivering memorable guest experiences, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll guide guests through the menu, attentively handling allergens, and highlighting craft cocktails and local beers. Training on our TOAST POS system will be provided, and tips are a real part of your earnings.

Formación

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
• Ability to engage guests and answer questions.
• Friendly, confident, and energetic demeanor.
• Willing to learn and train on POS and menus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
• Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
• Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options
• Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Following steps of service to meet brand standards
• Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
• Keeping tables dialed in - everything guests need, nothing they don’t
• Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
