Punch Bowl Social is seeking bartenders who thrive in a vibrant, guest-focused environment. You will join a team behind the bar to deliver memorable experiences, uphold brand standards, and master our beverage program.

Training will cover brand expectations, service steps, and POS operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, guest relations, and reliable cash handling in a lively Denver venue.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with the bar team to create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain beverage program integrity with knowledge of standards and techniques.
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards.
• Enter orders and process payments using Aloha POS.
• Sanitize bar top and guest service areas regularly (every 30 minutes).
• Wash barware and dishes.
• Rotate shifts as Bar Backs.
• Manage cash responsibly.

What you'll be doing:

• Working as a team behind the bar to create memorable guest experiences
• Uphold the integrity of the beverage program with a high level of knowledge on brand standards, technique, and expectations in craft beverage service
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Uses Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Cleans and sanitizes the bar top and guest service areas every 30 minutes
• Washes all barware dishes
• Rotates shifts as Bar Backs
• Responsible for proper cash management
