Punch Bowl Social in Minneapolis is seeking energetic Server Assistants to help deliver memorable guest experiences. You will support a high-volume restaurant and bar, keep dining areas clean, and work with a team to ensure quality service.

You should value guest experiences, communicate well, and be comfortable talking with strangers. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential. Training will cover everything you need to know to succeed, with opportunities for growth and tips.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that quality product leaves the kitchen – every shift, every plate.
• Delivering dishes with enthusiasm and highlighting quality ingredients.
• Helping the team create memorable guest experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed.
• General upkeep and maintenance as needed - Constant cleaning.
• Helping with general cleaning and maintenance duties around the restaurant as needed.
