Job summary

Punch Bowl Social in Minneapolis is hiring servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. The role offers an hourly wage of $11.41+ tips, with flexible hours and growth opportunities. Training will teach you everything you need to succeed, with a focus on teamwork and high service standards.

You should be comfortable speaking with guests, enjoy crafting experiences, and be at least 21 years old. Prior high-volume restaurant/bar experience is ideal.

• Ensure tables are well-maintained and guests have what they need.
• Assist guests with menu navigation and allergen information.

What you\'ll be doing:

• Working alongside a team to create excellent guest experiences
• Be a proud host and guide guests on how to enjoy Punch Bowl Social
• Follow steps of service to meet brand standards
• Uses Aloha POS for entering orders/processing payments
• Keeping your tables on point, ensuring guests have everything they need and nothing they don’t
• Helping guests navigate the menu, with close attention to allergens and highlighting out craft beverage options
• Assisting at keeping the server station stocked
