Postino in Chapel Hill is opening a new location and seeking a server to join our team. You will guide guests through ordering, efficiently enter items into the POS, and deliver a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-service restaurant experience or equivalent experience considered.
• High-school diploma preferred.
• State Food Handler's Certification required.
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the ordering process and menu selections.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and deliver items to tables.
• Present checks in a timely manner and process payments.
• Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure guests have everything they need.

The menu is designed for sharing and pairing with our amazing wines with options for everyone.

NOW HIRING / IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY

for Full Time & Part Time Server / Waiter / Waitress

As a Server your responsibility is to work in a team setting to deliver a full service experience to guests by guiding guests through the process of ordering food and beverages, accurately entering the items into the POS system, delivering completed items to the guest, presenting the check in a timely manner and completing payment. This position works with other service positions to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their experience.
