Job summary

Bandana's Bar-B-Q in Carbondale, IL, is hiring restaurant staff to deliver our mission and motto to every guest. You will greet guests, input orders into the POS, and ensure timely service of drinks, food and dessert in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Candidates must be able to stand for up to six hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and maintain a clean appearance while following uniform standards. Strong guest focus and good communication are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver the mission and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Stand and move quickly for up to six hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Input orders into the computer system accurately.
• Maintain clean tables and seating; wipe tabletops and booths.
• Transport dishes and trays between dining room and kitchen ~40 times per shift.
• Follow uniform standards and present a neat appearance.
