Job description

Server Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Handle payments efficiently using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Assist with side work, such as stocking supplies and cleaning stations, before and after shifts.

Bartender Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
• Greet guests at the bar and take drink orders, offering suggestions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol serving laws and regulations.
• Monitor bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment, utensils, and glassware.
• Collaborate with servers to fulfill drink orders for dining room guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regular patrons.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely.
• Assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests.

Take-Out Person Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and take accurate take-out orders, ensuring all details are clear.
• Use the restaurant's POS system to process orders and payments efficiently.
• Pack orders accurately and double-check them for quality and completeness.
• Greet customers picking up orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized take-out station.
• Assist with managing online orders and coordinating pick-up times.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints regarding take-out orders with patience and professionalism.
• Support the team during peak hours by assisting with other tasks as needed.
