Job summary

West End Tavern in Boulder, CO is seeking a talented, driven, and enthusiastic FULL TIME Server to join our team. Servers convey the passion of each plate and help create memorable experiences for guests during their visit.

You should be warm, personable, and ready to deliver attentive service in a lively, Southern-inspired setting. This role requires weekend and holiday availability, a love of people, and the ability to memorize ingredients and daily specials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work holidays
• Must LOVE People
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer need
• Beer Server/Cicerone Certification is preferred, Whiskey/Bourbon/Brown spirits experience a plus
• Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
• Hourly wage with tips $22-$27 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
• TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we'll provide training!)

You must exude 'Southern' hospitality, have an award winning smile, be warm, personable, detail oriented and navigate our guests' needs.
