Qualifications

• Previous server experience is required.
• Ability to memorize all menu ingredients and daily/weekly specials.
• Beer server/Cicerone certification is preferred.
• Whiskey/Bourbon knowledge is a plus.
• Must love people and deliver warm, Southern hospitality.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
