LPM Restaurant & Bar is a French Riviera-inspired dining concept known for exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and an elevated yet welcoming guest experience. We are looking for passionate and service-driven Servers to join our Boston team.

Job Summary

The Server is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every guest. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of upscale dining, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and attentive service throughout the guest experience.

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages.

Maintain a polished and professional presence throughout service.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and Front of House teams.

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas.

Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.

Qualifications
