Job summary

Zuma Boston is seeking a friendly and attentive Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver an outstanding dining experience. The role requires restaurant experience and offers $6.75 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to earn above base through guest gratuities.

As part of a contemporary Japanese brand, you will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams, maintain high standards of service, and help create memorable visits for guests across a global hospitality platform.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Previous experience as a Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams

Main Duties
