Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine.
• Natural team player in a large team.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to create memorable dining experiences.
• Previous Server experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing way.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer menu recommendations as needed.
• Monitor tableware and utensils, ensuring cleanliness and replenishing as necessary.
• Engage with guests professionally, address questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery and smooth communication.
