Zuma Restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking a ZumaServer who delivers professional, attentive service, takes orders accurately, and ensures guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. As part of our passionate team, you will collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations, while upholding our hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing way.

• Monitor tableware and utensils, ensuring cleanliness and replenishing as necessary.
• Engage with guests professionally, address questions or concerns promptly.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams
