Job summary

Zuma Restaurants in Boston seeks a ZumaServer to deliver professional, attentive service, take accurate orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. As a ZumaServer, you are responsible for delivering professional and attentive service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously, presenting dishes in an appealing and visually pleasing manner
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations and offering assistance with menu selections as needed
• Monitor tableware, glassware, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and replace items as necessary
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu, providing information about ingredients and preparation methods, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages and maintain smooth communication between FOH and Kitchen teams
