Job summary

Wet Willie's in Washington state is seeking a friendly server to take and deliver orders, greet guests, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service. You will manage orders through the POS, verify accuracy with the kitchen, and maintain cleanliness at the station.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 18+, a valid Food Worker Card, and strong English communication. Previous serving experience is preferred, with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Service of food and beverage including taking, delivering and clearing orders.
• Check station for setup and cleanliness before, during and after shift.
• Greet guests politely and explain specials or promotions.
• Take orders and enter into POS to inform the kitchen of details.
• Retrieve orders from the kitchen, verify accuracy and deliver to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Comply with state/ federal rules and liquor policies regarding alcohol.

Job description

• Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Takes the order and inputs the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order
• Retrieves order from kitchen, confirms its accuracy and delivers it to guests
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
