How You Will Succeed

• Arrive on time, and in proper uniform standards
• Know the menu, wine list, and steps of service
• Use the POS system and handle payments with accuracy

• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid‑shift, or closing.

What You Will Bring
