Job summary

Great American Restaurants in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is seeking friendly, high-energy servers for our busy, guest-centered dining rooms. You will guide guests through menus, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

We offer paid training, competitive pay in a high-volume setting with gratuity, health insurance, PTO, and a 401K plan based on eligibility. Top servers can earn 1,000 to 1,500 dollars per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age in order to handle alcohol
• Must have weekend availability

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
