Great American Restaurants in the Northern Virginia area is seeking a friendly, energetic bartender to join our high-volume team. You will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and collaborate with GARStars to deliver exceptional service in a guest-centric environment.

This full-time role offers paid training, competitive pay with gratuity, health insurance eligibility, and growth opportunities across our 14 restaurants in the Washington, DC metro area.

Top Bartenders make $1,000-$1,500 a week!

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
