Job summary

Great American Restaurants in Northern Virginia and Maryland is seeking friendly servers to join our high-volume, guest-centric team and deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience.

As a server you will guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and work with colleagues to ensure timely service while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age to handle alcohol
• Must have weekend availability

Duties include, but are not limited to the following / essential functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
