Job summary

Milestone Retirement in Anacortes, WA seeks a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a collaborative team that creates a welcoming community.

The role requires a current ServSafe Certification and a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior food service experience is preferred. You’ll interact with residents, families, and coworkers to foster comfort and trust.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain local licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Role
Wage: $17.13-$18.50 DOE
We’re seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community.
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
