Milestone Retirement in Oklahoma is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You’ll ensure high-quality service during meals and maintain a clean, safe dining environment while supporting a collaborative team.

You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers to foster a welcoming community and memorable day-to-day dining experiences. Milestone Retirement is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass screenings.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, professional demeanor and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dining service for residents during meals.
• Circulate to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain dining areas, tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safety practices and assist with safety compliance.
• Support teammates to ensure smooth service and positive environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About The Role

We’re seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. In this role, you’ll ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a team that creates a pleasant and engaging atmosphere. You’ll interact directly with residents, families, and coworkers, helping to foster a welcoming and positive community.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service preferred
• Current ServSafe Certification required
• Ability to obtain/hold any local, state, or county food handling/sanitation licenses as required
• Must be 18 years or older, pass health screenings, TB clearance, fingerprinting, and background checks
• First Aid certification required
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure
