• Maintains food safety through proper labeling, dating, and storage; monitors temperatures.
• Sets up, cleans, and stores food and supplies for service.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Operates equipment safely and reports malfunctions.
• Communicates with the Food Service Director.
• Adheres to policies and procedures for Food and Nutrition Services.
• Ensures safety and compliance with codes and SDS.
