Job summary

Chick-fil-A Restaurants is seeking a Team Leader responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations and coaching team members to deliver exceptional guest service. The role focuses on completing tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly and on leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

The Team Leader will open/close shifts, train new hires, and ensure strong communication across the team while maintaining Chick-fil-A's service standards and culture.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Assist training of new hires and set the tone for shifts.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and serve as a role model.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize daily operations.
• Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication.
