Job summary

SkyBridge Tactical, LLC is seeking a Rescue Training Center Support Specialist (RTCSS)/Instructor at Moody AFB, GA. The role supports OSM and OSK training programs including BLS, TCCC, and SERE, with heavy emphasis on logistics, equipment, and document control.

The incumbent will maintain inventories, assist instructors, and ensure readiness by managing OPFOR activities and training materials, while coordinating travel and off-site training as required.

Qualifications

• Experience related to USAF weapons and tactics or related training.
• Ability to operate training equipment and maintain documentation.
• Knowledge of SERE and related courses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Medical (OSM) and Weapons and Tactics (OSK) training programs, including BLS, TCCC, SERE, local training, and exercise management.
• Verify administrative docs are current and accessible before events.
• Prepare training equipment and aids; clean and maintain equipment after use.
• Assist instructors during training with logistical support and OPFOR development.
• Track SERE equipment, adapt inventories, and report shortfalls to instructors.
• Complete end-of-course docs and distribute them as required.
• Track instructor folders, class rosters, and certifications; notify about due dates.
• Travel in support of off-site training events; government funds travel costs.
• Coordinate scheduling and meetings with flight, squadron, or group leadership.
