Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks a full-time Rescue Training Center Support Specialist (RTCSS) / Instructor to support the 347th Operations Support Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.

The RTCSS assists with medical, weapons and tactics, SERE, TCCC, pre-deployment and Combat Search and Rescue training for Air Force aircrew. The role requires supporting training events, equipment management, and coordination with instructors.

Qualifications

• Tier 3 Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain.
• Basic Instructor Training or equivalent completed.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office; able to operate OSK/OSM equipment and radios.

Responsibilities

• Support Medical (OSM) and Weapons and Tactics (OSK) training programs including TCCC, SERE, and live exercises.
• Prepare, maintain, and secure training equipment; restock and repack assets post-use.
• Assist instructors during training with logistics, role-play, OPFOR, patient-casualty and simulations; manage rosters and safety.
• Track instructor folders, class rosters, certifications, expirations and training docs.
• Develop and maintain inventory and maintenance programs for training equipment.
• Instruct SS01 Local Area Survival, SS05 Water Survival, SS06 Emergency Parachute Training and SS08 HEED portions when certified.
• Support training hardware like simulators, GPS tracking, radios, and off-road vehicles.
• Attend required meetings; support off-site trainings; maintain continuity book of RTCSS duties and objectives.
• Be available for nonstandard mission hours; typical TCCC days 0745-1645; SERE events may shift with sunset.
