Job summary

Network Runners, Inc. seeks a full-time Rescue Training Center Support Specialist (RTCSS) / Instructor to support the 347th Operations Support Squadron at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia.

The role encompasses medical, weapons and tactics, SERE, TCCC, and Combat Search and Rescue training requirements for Air Force aircrew and rescue personnel. Responsibilities include equipment prep, documentation verification, and assisting instructors during training with logistics, OPFOR, and simulations.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required or ability to obtain it.
• At least 1 year related USAF weapons and tactics experience.
• Basic Instructor Training or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer systems and MS Office; operate OSK/OSM equipment, radios, GPS.
• Ability to perform up to 60 lb lifts and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Support Medical and Weapons and Tactics training programs (Basic Life Support, TCCC, SERE, etc.).
• Prepare training equipment, verify documentation, and secure gear after events.
• Assist instructors during training with logistics, role-play, OPFOR, and simulations.
• Track instructor folders, rosters, certifications, expirations, and maintenance needs.
• Develop and maintain inventory and maintenance programs for training equipment.
• Instruct SS01 Local Area Survival, SS05 Water Survival, SS06 Emergency Parachute Training, SS08 Helicopter Emergency Egress Device when certified.
• Support training hardware like simulation gear, GPS tracking systems, radios, and off-highway vehicles.
• Attend meetings and support off-site training; maintain continuity book and objectives.
• Support nonstandard mission hours; typical TCCC days 0745-1645; SERE events may vary.
