Responsibilities

• Inspect modules and sequence them according to customer demands.
• Ship parts according to customer’s production schedule.
• Work with computer scanning devices and display read outs.
• Sequence racks according to customer demand print outs and rack numbers.
• Identify problems with completed modules and notify management.
• Load and unload trailers for shipping as required by deliver schedule.
• Ensure rack sheets are attached to each cart as required by customer.
• Set up and try new tooling, prototypes, and assist in maintaining current tooling.
• Report rack maintenance issues or broken parts to ensure racks are maintained to customer requirements and expectations.
• Creatively seek improvements in working conditions, the process and its capability.
• Maintains required records.
• Serves as a member of various committees as needed.
• Janitorial and cleaning duties.
• Follows all safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs other duties as necessary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:.

• Work with computer scanning devices and computer display read outs
• Sequence racks according to customer demand print outs and rack numbers
• Identifies problems with completed modules and notifies management

• Sets up and tries new tooling, prototypes, and assists in maintaining current tooling.
• Report rack maintenance issues or broken parts to ensure racks are maintained to customer requirements and expectations.

• Maintains required records.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Works in factory environment with noise from manufacturing environment. Exposure to moving equipment, parts and electrical shock. Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment.
• Sometimes lifts, carries or moves objects – weighing up to 25 pounds.
